This week has been tough on me. Number one: I believe I'm suffering from burn out.
Ok..I know what to do if that's the case. Number two: is I ran with Parker on Sunday and totally trashed the bottoms of my feet. I did this by wearing the wrong trail shoes and with the rain and rock just bruised the bottom of my right foot really good. Got a massage today though, which always helps and I'm really happy it's
Hot and
Humid. My workouts are short and sweet..hill repeats today with some kettle bell training thrown in. Just working on keeping a positive attitude and staying consistent.
