Ok...enough R & R. I've laid out my training for the Bull Dog 50K in Malibu, California. I feel great at this point. Running doubles most days and have been lifting some. Oh...and cycling some too. The last couple of days put in about 3 hrs....all super easy single speed stuff and only my butt is sore. Although I did feel my legs today on my first run. Will be doing core and a 5 mile run this p.m. We had a blast for the 4
Th and I'm enjoying my summer times. Life is awesome in the summer and it makes training easier etc.. I may even watch a stage of the TOUR for old times sake.
