Track

I was cruising right along, feeling awesome body wise but had the bright idea to do two track workouts this week and now my foot is killing me. So I have to pull back a little, maybe ride my bike a little more. There are a couple of things I'm doing to my single speed. New bars and switching pedals. Need to find some retro tyres too! Oh, my track workout was 12 x 200 and 12 x 400 on Tues and Thur. I plan on doing long slow distance both Sat and Sun. Steve has a big night run planned coming up so looking forward to that, I think. It starts at 3:30am..but we'll be done by 6:30am and will have the rest of the day to play. (pool)
