BIRTHDAY WEEK

I'm really blessed as I'm celebrating another Birthday week and it's been AWESOME. Starting this past Monday when I was handed 2 Titans tickets for this weeks game against the Raiders. (thanks Hale)... then EZ presented me with a cool shirt I've been wanting. On top of that, received another 2 tickets to Bruce Springsteen (thanks Donna). Today, I was serenaded at GiGi's cupcakes by 20 people led by Chris and Gina Keaton and their daughter. All this makes my training for anything AWESOME as I live a blessed life and my Birthday week has 2 days to go!

As far as training, I ran in Slyvan Park (a pit) today (8miles). I won't hate on this neighborhood again as my friend Parker live there. But as I came out of this place today the sun came out and it got hot again (like summer is supposed to be) and life was good!
