Doubles

This week I'm trying to achieve lots of double workouts. Basically a.m. and p.m. runs. Also would like to hit 60 miles total by weeks end. So far this is what my week has looked like.

Sunday-recovery cross train (2 hrs on the single speed)
Monday-am 8miles easy
pm 3miles easy
Tuesday-am track (8x400) 5miles
Wednesday-am 8 miles trails
pm 3 miles easy
Thursday-am track (3 x 1 mile) 5miles

I'm registered for the race out in California...sent my entry last night. So, feeling good as everything is falling into place.
