Was supposed to finish this week with a 20 miler but instead laid low due to a sore
throat. I did however manage a couple of great training sessions...a good 10 miler followed by 2 x 1000 m. A trail run of 10 miles. I got my
mileage in so at least that got accomplished. 2 weeks to Stump Jump 50K and I'm back in taper mode. Will do some intensity this week but cut down on
mileage. Oh,..and clear up this sore
throat thing I have going. I did go to the
Vanderbilt cross country meet. Watching the race always gets me fired up and is a great inspiration!!
