Fun Week

Awesome weekend of training and just plain fun as I used this week to recover. I did some cross training all week so my only runs where Saturday (red-white-blue..12miles) in a slow time of 1:52 and Sundays group run of 1 loop (8miles) of the horse rails. I did some easy bike and core this past week but more importantly I finalized a training plan for Mt. Mist 50k...I actually took the time to lay it all out week by week and put into place sound training principles of tempo runs and track intervals. Now, just to do them and stay motivated... but that shouldn't be too hard.
