This is my Christmas tree. Sorry there are no lights, just coconuts. The weather here has been amazing. Sunny and 74F everyday it seems. Resulting in very good training.
Most days I do an a.m. and p.m. run plus some other type of cross fit or wts. Today, Christmas Eve, I have a 12 mile trail run planned off the island. My only concern is that it's at a state park area where they also hunt wild Boar. I talked to a hunter yesterday and he said it shouldn't be a problem, as they only use shotguns and they are off the main trail. We'll see..sounds like I may run a little faster. Other than that, all is great here, and I'm looking forward to getting back to Nashville training ground as I only have 4 weeks until Mountain Mist.
