Week 8...also my favorite number

That's probably why I'm headed south to Florida for some warm weather training. It's always about 75F down there this time of year. Today in Nashville freaking freeze warning. But that didn't stop me from getting in around 60 miles this week. Did a great 18miler Sat then followed up a easy run of 9 with Jamie, John and Jeff on Sunday. At least Sunday was 57F. No aches, pains or other errors..feeling good!
