
I've been training (always) physically and most know I eat right, (forgive the icing) but I'm always looking for easy nutritious foods to prepare. The photo is from last night's dinner. I prepared POISSON CRU..a Tahiti dish that is awesome and easy to make: just add ingredients, marinate and eat. It's a ceviche made with raw tuna, lime, vegetables and coconut milk. Lots of chopping but no cooking!
So glad I got my 16miler in yesterday as the weather today is not optimal for much. Lots of rain and it's supposed to drop in temps. I feel prepared NOW and wish the Mt. Mist 50k was this coming week but I'll just have to embrace the peak and feel well rested by race time!
Just the usual soreness from the miles, which reminds me I really need a massage.!
