Back to Normal

Recovery week over and now back to some mileage. This is also my Birthday week but that will not stand in the way of training. Although I do like to celebrate something each day. So this Monday, I was treated by one of my favorite clients and friend to a nice thoughtful gift. She knows I like to read so she always supplies me with plenty of books etc..so who knows what Tues-Sat will bring..LAW of ATTRACTION.:)

I got in 2 back to back long runs in this past weekend. Sat=12ish and 20 on Sunday.
I will probably do a group run this Sunday then back it down for the Bulldog 50K.

Thanks to Ted, I'm reading Brad Hudson's book on Training( running) it's an awesome read on coaching and self coaching runners. He is also the coach to some of the top runners in the country. Very insightful!

So, I won't know much until my Tuesday Timed Tempo run..I have this timed route built into my 8 mile running route. looking forward to it..stay posted!
