Feeling Fit!

This past week was a big week for me...did my 5 mile route Friday in a record time this year, then Saturday put in an easy 16 miler and finished Sunday with 22 miles down in the Coolsprings /Brentwood area in 3:15ish..all road. (thanks Striders) it was part of their marathon training runs..so a chance for me to catch up with some running friends and have a supported run to boot(Gu and Gatorade)!
All this means I'm feeling very confident with my fitness which is awesome because basically Stump Jump is right around the corner. My main concern is to stay on focus, not get sick and have no distractions! I did throw down on some food Sunday night but felt I needed it to recover..will keep the low caloric food intake up as I love the way it makes me feel. Just do not understand why people keep so much weight on them????? It's to the point some people actually think it's healthy and normal?
Go figure!!
