I'm trying to get fired up for Saturday's race...Nashville Ultra 50k..2nd annual. But having just come off a good Stump Jump and some personal issues I'm having a slight difficult time of it. This blog is about endurance and I do know that I will endure through this. Small steps I guess, but I've always come out on top and I know I'm on the right path.
It's something I posted about before. Not feeling up to training but doing it anyway. I've learned a lot from many different sports and training partners over the years so will use that knowledge to my benefit.
I plan on just "doing" the race Saturday. Trying to get the miles in as I plan on two more races this year...
UPCHUCK 50K and NORTH FACE 50 miler...so for sure I have to be clean in both mind and body for those.
Will have over 70 miles by week's end, just got to make sure my body will not breakdown..one thing is for sure..MENTALLY/EMOTIONALLY I will never break!
