My week has been good!!! Training looked like this:
SUN-21 miles
MON-easy run
TUE-track 200/400/800 x 2 at .38-1:22-2:55
WED-17 miles
THU-2400m at 8:55
FRI-easy run
SAT-16 miles
SUN-20 miles
So you can see why I say it's been a good solid week!!
The Boston Marathon is tomorrow! Three friends of mine should do well. So good luck to Andrew, Emily and Trey!!
This past weekend was also the Vanderbilt Track meet. My friend and sometime training partner, Chris Heron rocked the 5000m in15:02 for 2nd place.
