2010 Summer Training Schedule

My training this week:

Monday- easy 5 mile run + cross fit exercises + core
Tuesday- 6x800 at 10k pace w 2min R +yoga
Wednesday- long run 10 miles + core
Thursday-2x2 mile tempo at 6:20
Friday-easy run +yoga
Saturday-long run of 15 miles
Sunday-easy run

This will get progressively longer and harder till Stump Jump in October. That's it..pretty simple and straight forward.
