Finally I feel normal after hammering myself into the ground last week, especially on Sunday's long run, with a good group of fast dudes!!! Today's very easy 5 miler my legs and body felt like they were back attached to me and that's a good sign.So, I promised some photos from last weeks Birthday week. I try to do something special everyday during my Birthday week. I got a pedicure on one of those days. I usually go to Signature in Green Hills. They do a great job on both hands and feet!!
For the past few years I end Birthday week with a dinner of special friends. This year the dinner was at Burger Up on 12th avs S. One of the newest local hot spots in Nashville. This place has awesome food, even for a vegetarian!!!
My current mode of transportation. I've been having fun this summer modifying this motorcycle into something I believe is a work of art. I'm almost finished with it. Just have to replace the whole back end and tyres then I'm done...I think!!Headed out to California Thursday. Can't wait! I love it out there and I should have a great race. I'll take this time to say a big thank you to everyone who played a part in my Birthday week. And for those who did'nt, for whatever reason, there will be many more in the future to particiapte in, looking forward to both!!!
