NEW RUNNING ATTIRE



SO this is what I will be wearing for 2011. I'm not used to wearing a running singlet but for early season races it will hide my fat.

This week has been a decent one with Tuesday doing 5 x hill repeats, Wednesday getting in a 10 miler and Thursday completed a 3 mile tempo run. Today I'm totally resting as by weeks end I start to feel my lower abdominal tear and have to really be aware of not doing to much. Just enough to get blood flow to the area and heal, heal and heal....

Time to start to focus on the 2011 running season and get out of the weight room. Someone told me the other day I looked like I was a lifter???? I hate that!!!!
