Back Training

Highlights from my first week back were a 4 mile tempo run at 28:44 and 16 mile trail run.

I'm back from a weekend in Florida and back training. My ankle has healed enough to run trails, which I did Saturday. All I need now are new shoes (road) as mine are done.

Florida was super fun as all I did was stand up paddle board. If I lived anywhere near the ocean I'd have my own. Otherwise I just rent for the time when I'm in the area. This go around from Get Up Stand Up in Destin, Fl.
