Also means the end of my Birthday month and Summer...That sucks as summer months here in the south are awesome. I'm already freezing in the a.m. here as temps drop into the 60's and 50's in the morning.

StumpJump is only four weeks out and I'm feeling great. I've had some awesome test workouts. I've been doing plenty of longer runs as opposed to last year. So we will see come race day.

Did'nt race BullDog this year. My sub 5hr would have placed me top 10 this year. That is if I ran sub 5hrs. In 2010 it put me 16th?? Maybe it was HOT out there.

Today on my mid week long trail run a nice sized coyote ran in front of me then stopped and we had a stare down as I waited for my running partner to catch up!!!
Do those things hunt in packs??? hahaha well they can't climb a tree and all I have to do is out run my running partner!!!
