1st week over 50miles in 2012

I've been getting in some good workouts. Lots of tempo and hill repeats. Spending a little more time on the trails. Weather is holding out great too for mid January, so I hope this keeps up.

Been pre viewing and watching the Olympic trails. This has helped as a motivator during the deary cold season.

Race is only 4 weeks away so lets see how these weeks go training wise.
