Well, decided to go ahead and do 4 x 800's at 2:45 pace with 2:45 recovery. My body was still filled with crud but I did feel like training. It
wasn't great but not bad given that I have not done
speed work in 7 days and felt like I've been run over most of the time. Results were 2:46 2:49 2:51 2:59..I'll see if my Friday's workout is any better!
