The last three days: Mon, Tues and Wed I have ran 1.5 hrs each day. With one day being speed work. So today, I will enjoy an easy day of core training and a five mile run. I have also indulged in many alcoholic beverages which consist mainly of Mikes hard lemonade and margaritas...what else are you supposed to do on the beach?.:) and in the evening drink a coffee/Kahlua mixture.
It really hot when I train, especially the second workout. I do it around 4 or 5pm. It's not the heat but the sweat that pours into my eyes. Makes it where I'm blind by the time I'm finished. Today I'm taking a wrist sweatband with me. It's taking 3 days for me to figure that one out. Must be those beverages!!!
