Ok...did my first At workout at Centennial Park. Maybe most know this has a good one mile loop. So today I was to do 2
continuous miles at 6:05 pace. Staying with a low heart rate. Like I even know what that is since I really have not worn a heart rate monitor in awhile. Anyway, to get to it I did a 12:05 with a heart rate of 175. Don't know if that's high or not. I remember in cycling that 175 was a good avg in a 40K
tt. I'm a little older now so do not no if it correlates. Just really care about how I felt
physically and if I hit my times!! which I did with no trouble.
