I love these days...my body needs it as well as my head. I really do active recovery. Today after working with a client I did 2 laps barefoot on the infield of the track, followed by 30 box jumps, 30 Hindu push ups and 30 pull ups with 2 more laps. Then used the foam roller and did 10 backward bends. I really should do this more often as it feels great afterward. My mileage was down for the week which was good and I do not feel fatigued and beat up as much as I did even one week ago.
So I'm intending for a good solid week of training and can't wait until I hear from my coach.
