I logged over 55miles this past week. My key training sessions were a tough hill workout, a 2 mile time trial effort and a long run of 16 miles. However the highlight of my week had nothing to do with my training. We flew to Missouri Saturday afternoon to eat at Lambert's..home of the throwing rolls!..and yes I did eat one..make that two!!! with honey and butter!
