This week I've performed lots of re-hab movements. Actually my foot feels really good when I'm doing it and running barefoot. But still have pain afterwards??? I am on track to do around 20-25 miles this week. Along with lots of core-wts and easy cycling. I'm still trying to refocus on what will be on my racing agenda for next year. I have been having fun looking at different racing venues across the country. For the rest of October my training is all easy, doing different training methods etc..

sucks to be injured! keep up the good rehab. rest and rehab is part of good training...even for super heroes.
