Almost Winter!!!

So far this fall has been awesome as far as the weather goes. I'm a very HOT weather athlete and I have to stay focused and fired up when the weather changes. Sometimes I do this by thinking about winter sports, other times I go buy cool cold weather gear. My favorite so far is a
Patagonia 1/4 zip long sleeve #3..I can wear this top in a wide range of weather.

Had another high mileage week and already headed into another...then I get a recovery week. I did the 11.2 loop plus 4 miles this past Saturday with a great group of runners. Some who are headed to California to race the California International Marathon. So good luck to them and my friend Steve Taylor who is racing in Arizona this coming weekend in Ironman Arizona. I know he wants a 9:30. I have no doubts he can do it if all goes well as he has great fitness and attitude.
