AN AWESOME WEEK

Finally I was able to put in the kind of week that makes for great fitness. It looked like this:


MON-6 mile easy run
TUE-10 mile with 5 x 1000's
WED-6 mile easy plus wts
THU-8 mile with 20 min Tempo
FRI-Cross train
SAT- 12 mile long trail run
SUN-8 easy trail run

Now if I can get the weather to stay the same as it has been, all will be well!
