100K coming up!

So first I'd like to congradulate Chris for his 9th place 2:32 Memphis Marathon result and to Amy for her 1:26 for 5th place 1/2 marathon result. We all know the hard work, dedication etc..that goes into this. It has been a pleasure getting to know these two and to also consider them training partners!! Awesome and welcome to Nashville!

So, was bummed about California and now on to Chattanooga for a little more punishment..the Lookout mountain 100k. I'm looking for a pacer or two..maybe a crew person. Really at this point going beyond the typical 50K , I say screw a crew and just go. Go alone, go hard, go even longer..who needs the headache with the logistics..sure would be easier on me if it were summer. I love the heat, my motivation is so much higher and I don't know, it's just easier to do it alone in the heat. Personal perference I guess! Talked to Jamie about my two weeks of training leading up to this. All good there. Also, this is a Rockcreek race on lookout mountain trail so will know plenty of volunterrs out on the course!!
