START OF BIRTHDAY WEEK

I always celebrate the week of my Birthday. It kinda unofficially started last night at Jackson's. However, it really starts today so headed to dinner at Bosco's (they have the best seared tuna).

Congrats to TED who won this past Saturday at the ROCK CREEK trail 5 miler. He should do well at STUMP JUMP 50K if he stays healthy. It will be another hard week for me as I'm doing 12 800's Tuesday and some cut down Tempo on Thursday.

So stay posted about Birthday week. Trying to include all those who are meaningful in my life, coffee time, dinners etc...oh..and lots of icing.:)
