Hmmmmm...four weeks until Black Warrior 50K. I'm still undecided if I'll be able to make it. I'm feeling a little back to normal but I also feel fat and have a lack of fitness.
I did manage to run 40 miles last week with no structure of any sorts. Plus it's cold and grey out and that makes it really hard to get motivated to do anything except drink coffee and eat chocolate. OMG, I sound so much like a girl.:) I need to toughen up..
This week I plan on testing my little injury with a trip to the track. I'll try to manage some 800's and maybe mile repeats, we will see.
If I do not race in February I'm cool with it. The season is long and I'd rather be flying in summer and fall.
